Solange Neitzel

  • Solange Neitzel is the Administrative Director of Lake Isle M&A Incorporated, Innisfree’s wholly owned UK subsidiary. Ms. Neitzel provides administrative, research and business development support for the Company’s investor relations business in the UK and Europe.
  • Ms. Neitzel joined the firm in 2002, having previously served as Office Administrator at LJH (London), a US-headquartered consultant, advisory and fund of funds product development firm, with an expertise in Alternative Investments, such as hedge funds. Ms. Neitzel provided full administrative support to the Vice President of research.
  • Prior to joining LJH, she worked for Volkswagen do Brasil S/A, São Paulo, Brazil, providing office administrative duties to the president of the CAD/CAM Group.
  • Ms. Neitzel earned a B.B.A from Metropolitan University, London, and an M.B.A. from BBP Business School, London.
  • Ms. Neitzel is trilingual in Portuguese, English and German and has a working knowledge of Spanish and Italian.

Craig Pais

  • As Innisfree’s Investor Engagement Manager, Mr. Pais advises on how best to engage with large investors, overseeing the development of target shareholder lists and prep materials, and liaising between clients and institutional shareholders to coordinate investor roadshow campaigns.

Patrick J. Foley is a Director of Innisfree M&A Incorporated. Mr. Foley focuses on providing market analysis and shareholder base analysis for the firm’s clients.

Prior to joining Innisfree, Mr. Foley was a portfolio specialist at World First Financial Services where he provided portfolio management services and investment advice to institutional clients and family offices, specializing in equities and commodities.  Mr. Foley began his career as an analyst at Kidder, Peabody & Co. in its fixed income division, analyzing and structuring collateralized debt securities.

Mr. Foley is a CFA® and CMT® charterholder.  He received his B.S. and M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University.
